Hi, I am Rachel - a certified personal trainer based in South Africa and the founder of ‘Own Your Habits Fitness’. With more than 4 years of experience and a certificate in Personal Training, I’ve coached more than 100 clients to feel stronger, more confident, and in control of their health again.
